Definitions and Applicability

Section 1

These terms apply to the 66zz platform and any related services. By accessing the website or registering an account, the user is considered to have automatically agreed to these terms.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" or "Site" refers to both the official 66zz website and its mobile application.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual registered on the platform who operates an active account.
• "Service" refers to all features provided by 66zz, including casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games, and promotional offers.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds held in a user's wallet, which may include bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to amounts credited as promotional benefits, which must meet specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

Account Registration

To open an account on 66zz, users must provide accurate and complete information. 66zz reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false or incomplete information.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment details is strictly prohibited.
• The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration may be verified at a later stage.
• The user is personally responsible for the security of their account. Passwords must not be shared with anyone.
• Allowing third parties to use or transferring the account to another person is prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent fraud, 66zz may request identity documents, proof of address, and payment-related documents from a member at any time. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, temporary restrictions may be placed on the account.

Age and Eligibility

Section 3

Users must be 21 years of age or older to participate on the 66zz platform. Any account belonging to a minor will be closed immediately and all transactions on that account will be considered void.

3.1 Participation Eligibility

• The user must be 21 years of age or older (for ages 21+).
• The user must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming or betting is prohibited by law.
• Only individuals with full mental capacity may operate an account.
• 66zz employees and their immediate family members may not participate in promotional offers.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Section 4

All financial transactions on the 66zz platform are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits must be made using the method registered to the account — deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally added to the balance promptly.
• If a transaction fails, the user must contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• After approval, withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds from a bonus (see Section 5 for details).
• 66zz may temporarily hold a withdrawal in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.

Bonuses and Promotions

66zz offers various promotional offers, including a welcome bonus. Each bonus is governed by its own terms, and these general terms apply to all bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

66zz offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200 — and a wager of 25 times the bonus amount, i.e. ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000, must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.
• Multiple members of the same person or household may not claim the same bonus.
• 66zz reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of abuse.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.

Rules on Bets and Games

Section 6

Each game and betting service available on the 66zz platform has its own rules. The following general terms apply across all of them.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, except in the case of a technical error.
• If the outcome of a bet cannot be determined due to a technical error, 66zz reserves the right to void that bet and return the original stake.
• The records on the 66zz server will be treated as final in determining game outcomes.
• For sports betting, official match results are used as the basis for settlement.

6.2 Bet Limits

66zz may set minimum and maximum bet limits for any specific game or betting market. These limits will be clearly displayed on the site.

Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 66zz platform. Violating these rules may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all funds.

• Placing bets using illegal means or third-party funds.
• Using bots, automated software, or any unfair technology to gain an advantage.
• Opening multiple accounts to unfairly benefit from bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the game or betting system.
• Colluding with or defrauding other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Attempting to make unusual profits by exploiting platform errors.

Account Suspension and Cancellation

66zz may suspend or cancel an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Evidence of providing false information or fraud.
• Failure to verify identity or refusal to provide required documents.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• The user themselves requests account closure.

For the return of a valid balance upon account cancellation, please contact the 66zz support team. Bonus funds are generally non-refundable.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 66zz platform — including logos, designs, code, text, graphics, audio-visual materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 66zz or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or using these materials for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

66zz always strives to provide uninterrupted service, but liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• Temporary disruptions due to server maintenance or technical upgrades.
• Interruptions to a game or bet caused by issues with the user's internet connection or device.
• Transaction delays caused by a third-party payment provider.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control.

However, where a member suffers a direct financial loss due to a fault on 66zz's part, every reasonable effort will be made to resolve it.

Data Protection and Privacy

• Members' personal information is never sold to third parties.

The platform uses SSL encryption and modern security technology. However, users are also responsible for protecting their own devices and accounts.

Changes to Terms

66zz reserves the right to change any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the site. It is therefore important for members to make a habit of checking this page regularly.

For significant changes, 66zz will attempt to notify members through their registered contact details. Continued use of the service after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
